A perishable food is a food that is to be stored in refrigerator or else it is unsafe. For example

2. What is an non-perishable food? And where is it stored
A non perishable food item is preferably used for emergencies and is not subject to rapid spoilage

3. What is the "Danger zone" Temperature?
Bacteria grow in the range of temperatures between 40°F and 140 °F, doubling in number in 20 minutes. This range of temperatures is often called the "Danger Zone." Never leave food out of refrigeration over 2 hours

4. At what temperature does bacteria slow down growth?
Under 40' slows it down. Over 140' destroys it.
5. At what temperature does bacteria begin to die?
102 Degrees and the bacteria will no longer be able to produce. but at 120 degress it will not be living
